Further to my other two threads (have no idea how to add update..lol)
My George Naylor was born 1739 according to his age at his death. He was well educated so presume he had a fairly good idea of his age.
I have found a baptism for a George Naylor, son of Joseph Naylor baptised
7 April 1739, Dewsbury All Saints. Their address was Ossett.
I have found a marriage of a Joseph Naylor of Dewsbury to "Abra Hemingway's dr" June 6th. No year, but the next entry in the reg is 1720.
This is in the Yorkshire Non-Conformist Reg. book.
I'm pretty much lost as to where to try next to see if I can connect Joseph and "Abra Hemingway's dr" to George bapt 1739, to my George Naylor.
Sorry....I seem to be hogging the Research board at the moment.
