Name - "official" name and what they were known as
Hannah Kite or Kyle Edit: it's Kyte
Date and place of birth
Before 28 August 1791 Batheaston, Somerset
Names of parents
George Kyte and Mary nee Knowles
Date and place of baptism - if applicable
28 August 1791 Batheaston, Somerset
Details of each of his or her marriages - if any
Married George Jessamy (spelling varies), 12 Sept 1812 at Penicuik, Scotland (IGI), but I don't know why they'd be up there unless they'd eloped across the border. It's about 2 years after the birth of George's son Henry in Batheaston (I've never found a baptism) and 4 years before the birth of the next child I've found, Sarah Isabella, in 1816.
Occupation(s) - if any
Addresses where they lived (including county if in UK) - and please list which censuses you have or haven't found him/her on (if s/he lived in census times!).
1816 Colchester, Essex (daughter's baptism)
1818-1833 baptised several children in Hammersmith, Middlesex
1841-1869 various addresses in Fulham
Found in 1841, 1851 and 1861 censuses
Date, place and cause of death
5 Oct 1869 at the Almshouses, Fulham, age 78, apoplexy
Date and place of burial.
Details of will / administration of their estate - if applicable
Memorial inscription - if any
