Name - "official" name and what they were known as
Thomas Gearing or Gerring - the only definite detail I have is from his daughters death certificate. The birth/baptism is in the general area of Wallingford, where daughter claims she was born. So I am putting him in until I disprove him as her father

This is the link to his daughter Martha http://genealogistsforum.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=10560&highlight=martha+gearing

Date and place of birth
POSSIBLY abt 1766, Marcham Berkshire

Names of parents
POSSIBLY Joseph and Mary Gerring

Date and place of baptism - if applicable
POSSIBLE 24 August 1766, Marcham Berkshire

Details of each of his or her marriages - if any
POSSIBLE married Marth Pryer, 8 Nov 1792, Marcham Berkshire

Occupation(s) - if any

Addresses where they lived (including county if in UK) - and please list which censuses you have or haven't found him/her on (if s/he lived in census times!).

Date, place and cause of death
Date and place of burial.
Details of will / administration of their estate - if applicable
Memorial inscription - if any
none known yet - maybe 1825, Aston Tirrold Berkshire

The problem is that daughter Martha claimed to be born about 1786/1789, but there is an 1800 baptism which could be hers, if she was not baptised as an infant. As she married a widower quite a bit older than her, maybe she told fibs to the census collector in 1841 and then was rounded off ???

A work in progress
