FamilySearch has a William Daniel or Daniell / Jane Mappet marriage 28 Mar 1796 at St James, Trowbridge, Wiltshire.

Thank you. I don't know how I can prove it's mine though. I don't see a baptism for Jane so can't check family names, although there is a baptism for a Hester Mappet, which is a name given to one of William and Jane's daughters. I'll have to check the witnesses next time I get to Wiltshire RO.
