The new FamilySearch site has the marriage as William Harden / Ann Stokes, 4 Oct 1784 Cirencester. I guess the "Sep 1784" date on the IGI may have come from the banns.

Sue thanks for that. I had seen that baptism - and Miriam - but doubted as the age seemed out, although of course Ann could have been baptised some time after birth. Also Nympsfield seems the wrong area to me, but its worth bearing in mind.
