Kate, Long Crendon has come up before!

Looking through my notes I found this:

Jane Parrott
married
Richard Randolph
1 November 1814 at Lower Winchendon
Richard Randolph of the Parish of Thame Oxon
and Jane Parrott of this Parish of Nether Winchendon
were married in this Church by Licence with Consent of Parents this first Day of November in the Year One thousand eight hundred and fourteen
Witnesses:
L Rose?
Ann Parrott
Cornelius ?
Rd Rose?

I knew I had some reason for thinking the marriage of Jane and Anne Parrott's parents was correct.

There are Randlophs at Long Crendon.

RIchard Randolph was a veterinary surgeon.

This is getting complicated now:

I don't know if there is any connection, but it is just a tiny hamlet. I photographed the church for another site and the church was due to be restored. It is very pretty.

Thanks to someone from another forum doing a look-up for me, I can confirm that the parents of Anne Parrott were John and Jane Parrott, so this lady is increasingly likely to be the correct one.

Anne Parrott was baptised 27 October 1787 at Thame.

I forgot to add details of Jane's administration.

Her father Thomas Rose applied for administration of her affairs for the benefit of her three surviving children. I believe her second husband, Thomas Tuck, remarried.
