I'm trying to establish what happened to Arthur Alexander, the son of Samuel and Mary Amelia Alexander.
In 1911 he is with them at Moss Side:
1911 Census
RG14PN23700 RG78PN1377 RD464 SD1
280 Great Western Street, Moss Side, Manchester
Arthur Son 23 Single Salesman Trimming Dept Worker Withington Lancashire
I have a possible marriage for him to Ethel Langley:
Civil Registration event: Marriage
MarriageFinder: Arthur Alexander married Ethel Langley
Name: ALEXANDER, Arthur
Registration District: Chorlton
County: Lancashire
Year of Registration: 1916
Quarter of Registration: Jul-Aug-Sep
Spouse's last name: Langley
Volume No: 8C
Page No: 1528
Name: LANGLEY, Ethel
Registration District: Chorlton
County: Lancashire
Year of Registration: 1916
Month of Quarter: Jul-Aug-Sep
Volume No: 8C
Page No: 1528
I can't find any children for this marriage.
I have tried searching the TNA and other military records for him but can't find out much as there so many Arthurs. There is a possible death in 1919 but I don't know if he joined up and if so what service.
