Unfortunately Hoxton is one of those birthplaces where you never know what it will say on the census. I've had a quick look for him in 1891 with no luck but I'll try again later.

Thanks for looking Kate - I tried again before I posted but can't find them. Arthur's mother Eliza was born in Mitcham, Surrey which should make it easier to find them but it doesn't!!
