What is his place of birth in 1881 Margaret - I can't make it out?

It's York Town, Surrey, isn't it? Same for the children, and Jane is Sandhurst, Berks.

York Town is a suburb of Camberley.

Hi Kate

Yes, York Town, sometimes written as Yorkshire town or sometimes Frimley

I can only think they emigrated, but their names are all too common to trace easily. Do you know if any of them had a middle name?

Margaret- just to digress

if you ever need any parish records looking at I can do York Town Baptisms 1851 -1875, Marriages 1852 -1875 and then Camberley 1875 -1905 for births and marriages.

I'll remember that Tricia.

It's my niece's husbands tree, not been doing it long.

Have you thought of listing that in the Look up offers section?

I don't know of any middle names Kate, maybe they did emigrate. Thanks for looking.
