London address help

This thread refers to Mags in California (second family). Nothing added to BK6

Today I received a birth cert from Kensington District in 1925 for a child born at 92a Warwick Gardens, sub district South Kensington.

Google maps only offered an address in Tottenham/Harringay and the 1911 census offered the same street (I guess) in Edmonton District, so any ideas on where the 'other' Warwick Gardens might have been?
